One admin of lucid dream site told me via private message week ago more advanced tips and even they haven't yet helped with my dreaming, they did advance my progress of personal learning and research.
I have started to find these so called "dream marks"; the signs that show you when you're dreaming. Settings in my dreams might be generally realistic but things, like my mother offering me pineapple-shrimp ice cream is not realistic, right? So I started to write down these signs on my dream diary and sticky notes and stuck the notes around my apartment, so I can read them on day time. By doing this they should remind me what are the elements that help me to recognize dreams from reality. I also now write down even pointless dreams to my dream diary. And I have started to notice a pattern even in my normal dreams.
My dreams usually start from indoors, continues to outdoors and ends indoors again. Here's an example scenario; I'm in my childhood home (not sure am I adult or child) and someone calls for me from outside. I go there and my father and grandpa are there building the tree house on the old oak (by the way, this same tree is not on my parent's yard anymore, lightning hit on it while I was studying in other state and father sawed the tree down after that incident). Something pointless happens and I go back inside to continue whatever I was originally doing. After some time, the dream ends.
That's that and I'm still trying to figure out the meaning of this pattern, if there is one. Maybe it's again just a sign how black and white my dreams are, even literally. There is no in between, at least not yet.
